We will consider the traditional questions of the "just war" theory, religious approaches to evaluating the morality of war, as well as the question of whether there are viable alternatives to warfare that ought to be considered in light of the destructive potential of modern warfare.

EL-CbSL Community-based Service Learning course that fulfills the Junior-Year Experiential Learning requirement; at least 25 hours of service required.
CbSL Community-based Service Learning course but not JYEL approved; service hours required as part of the course.
